Industrial chiller for beer

In the current beer production process, brewing high-quality beer requires a strict distillation process and strict temperature control, and if there is no industrial chiller this type of temperature control equipment, it will directly affect the taste quality of the produced beer. If the beer cannot be properly cooled, it will cause oxidative damage and unpleasant aroma due to the formation of dimethyl sulfide (DMS), and the brewing process is assisted by industrial chillers to achieve a double improvement in quality control and production efficiency. The raw grain in brewing needs to be quickly cooled to the set temperature after boiling to ensure the taste of the beer and shorten the process time.

The raw material of beer is usually malt, and brewing beer goes through many processes, such as grinding fermentation, saccharification process, which will produce a lot of heat. Industrial chillers can quickly cool down these heats. The special chiller for beer brewing can modulate the outlet temperature to -1 °C, 0-10 °C, 8-13 °C and other stages according to the needs, and the beer chiller can control the temperature above 0 °C and below 0 °C effect, such as

(1) During the brewing and saccharification process, the clarified wort enters the cooler of the cooling system and cools down to 5-8 °C.

(2) After cooling, the wort is added with yeast and sent to the fermentation tank or fermentation tank for fermentation, and the temperature is controlled within 8-13 °C through the coil in the fermentation equipment.

(3) In order to make the semi-finished beer mature, send it to the storage tank to cool to about 0 °C.

(4) In order for the finished beer to reach a clear state in the filling, it needs to be filtered at about -1 °C.

This is the temperature control of industrial chiller in beer brewing, we can supply cold water above 0 °C and ice water below 0 °C in two sets of chiller systems to ensure the cooling temperature control effect in the beer brewing process.
