The common cleaning methods of screw chiller condenser include physical cleaning and chemical cleaning, and the appropriate cleaning method can be selected according to the actual situation. 

Physical cleaning generally uses a soft shaft brush or high-pressure water jet to clean out the dirt of the condenser copper pipe with a special cleaning machine for pipelines;

 If the scale is hard and physically unable to remove the scale, chemical cleaning should be performed.

 In order for the condenser to operate in an optimized state, it is necessary to carry out special chemical treatment on the screw chiller condenser to remove scale, rust, slime, sterilization and anti-corrosion treatment, and reduce it to a clean metal surface.

(1) screw chiller Physical cleaning steps

 01. Remove the end cover of the condenser (evaporator) of the unit, carefully check each pipe bundle, and use the soft shaft brush (or high-pressure water jet) of the pipeline special cleaning machine to remove the debris in the pipe bundle.

 02. Use a copper wire brush to remove dirt such as slime and scale on the front and back end covers and front and rear tube sheets.

 03. The tube bundle, front and back end covers, and tube sheets are rinsed with clean water and installed back into place.

 04. Use blind plate to block the inlet and outlet pipes of the condenser (evaporator) of the unit, and inject clean water into the unit from the unit drain valve, and check the tightness of the water system of the unit after the water is full.

 05. No water leakage was found after the unit was filled with water, and the physical cleaning work was completed.

(2) screw chiller Chemical cleaning methods and steps

   1. Cyclic cleaning method

Circulation cleaning method is the use of pump as power to make the cleaning agent circulating movement, cleaning equipment is mainly composed of circulation pump, cleaning tank, flow regulating valve and cleaning connection pipe, suitable for sealed, not easy to disassemble system equipment.

01. System suppression to ensure no leakage;

02. Record the temperature, pressure and power consumption of the cleaning equipment, disassemble the original pipeline of the equipment, and put the water medium clean. Connect the prepared line valves and the cleaning line to prepare for cleaning.

03. First add the original solution for 5 minutes to circulate, loosen the serious scale, and then add an appropriate amount of clean water to circulate. Measure the PH value every 30 minutes to make a record, close the return water and inlet valves after 1 hour of circulation, soak for 30 minutes, and start the cleaning pump cycle. And constantly test the PH value, the value is higher than 3 should add a certain amount of cleaning agent, if the second consecutive PH is about 2, it proves that it has been cleaned. Stop circulating and disassembling the pipeline to see the cleaning effect.

　2. Soak and clean

01. Stop and open the bottom water drain screw, drain all the water, and install the water drain screw back.

02. Disassemble the bee water line of the vacuum pump. The other end of the return pipe is connected to the cleaning agent barrel;

03. Tighten the screws of the sealing cover to minimize leakage;

04, 15 minutes later, turn the vacuum pump 90 degrees, you can pull the belt of the pump or turn on the electric door for a short time; Turn every 15 minutes afterwards to ensure that all pump internal conditions are met

05. Turn off the circulating pump, open the bottom screw, and discharge the solution; Remove the hose such as the circulating pump and connect the original pipeline.

06. Open the valve that seals the water and rinse the vacuum pump with clean water
