Injection molding industry refrigeration chiller manufacturers

Step 1: Function
Temperature control: Ensure that the mold temperature during injection molding is maintained in the best range to improve product quality and production efficiency.
Cooling: Rapidly reduce the mold temperature to prevent premature solidification of the material, thereby reducing forming defects.
Energy saving: Through efficient cooling system, reduce energy consumption and save production costs.
2. How it works
Chillers circulate cooling water and use compressors to refrigerate. The refrigerant vaporizes after absorbing heat in the evaporator, is then compressed, releases heat through the condenser, changes back to liquid, and finally returns to the evaporator to form a cycle.
Step 3: Type
Water-cooled chiller: by external cooling water sources (such as cooling towers) to maintain low temperature, suitable for large-scale industrial use.
Air-cooled chiller: Cooled by air, no additional water source required, suitable for small or medium scale applications.
4. Selection precautions
Cooling capacity: Select the appropriate chiller according to the cooling needs of the equipment.
Operating environment: Consider the operating environment of the device, such as temperature and humidity.
Energy Efficiency ratio (EER) : Choose a high energy efficiency chiller to reduce long-term operating costs.
5. Maintenance
Check the water quality of cooling water regularly to prevent corrosion and scaling of equipment.
Clean the filter and condenser to ensure good heat dissipation.
Check refrigerant leakage and compressor operation status regularly.
