The cow milking machine automatically pumps the milk from the cow into the refrigerated tank. 

After collecting the milk, the pasteurization process begins, and this is where the milk chiller comes into play. 

The pasteurization process heats the milk. 

The milk chiller removes heat during the pasteurization process and cools the milk to the proper temperature.
