If the temperature of the newly purchased chiller cannot be dropped, it means that the production line cannot start normally and delays production. In this case, consider whether the chiller is small, there is no margin in the selection, whether the heat dissipation environment is not good enough, how the ventilation effect is, and whether the water tower and pump work normally. If you are not familiar with the installation of the chiller, you can contact the manufacturer to guide the installation.

The chiller has been used for a period of time and suddenly the temperature cannot drop, you can consider the following points:

(1) Poor heat dissipation conditions 

(2) Insufficient refrigerant    

(3) The pipeline is blocked     

(4) High equipment load

The solution that the chiller temperature cannot be reduced:

1.A need to check whether the top fan is working normally, whether the fin condenser is too dusty, if it is a water-cooled chiller, you need to check whether the water tower is working normally, whether the heat dissipation water flow or water pressure is too small, the chiller itself can not cool down, resulting in its own cooling effect is poor, can touch whether the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the cooling water is too large, check whether the water in the water tower is cool, the pressure of the water is abnormal, and the fan of the water tower is not pumping upward.

2.Second, the chiller uses the process of refrigerant itself loss, so it is necessary to check irregularly, and add refrigerant, but also need to check whether the copper tube leaks fluorine, find out the leakage point and supplement, copper pipe cracking and welding is not good will also lead to the leakage of refrigerant.

3. When the expansion valve fails, it may lead to small valve opening and small refrigerant passage, which is easy to cause insufficient refrigeration performance. Whether the chiller pipeline is blocked, check whether the capillary tube is ice-blocked. The condenser and evaporator are recommended to be cleaned once a few months and half a year, the water circulation pipeline is easy to form scale after long-term use, affecting the heat transfer effect, and the thickening of scale will reduce the flow of cooling water, reduce the amount of water, and increase the condensation pressure.

4. High equipment load The chiller is connected to the refrigeration equipment too much, resulting in the chiller in a high-load operation state, it is recommended to match the chiller with a larger cooling capacity.

After eliminating the above solutions, if you still cannot find out the reason why the chiller temperature cannot drop or the chiller cannot resume work, it is recommended to contact the manufacturer directly, and usually the regular manufacturer will arrange professional technicians to come for maintenance.
